Our Services
-
Engine Rebuilding
Complete diagnosis, estimate, and rebuilding using customer's choice of either stock or aftermarket components. Specializing in ATV, UTV, snowmobile, PWC, dirtbike and other small engines.
-
Crankshaft Rebuilding (Single and Multi Cylinder)
Full disassembly of crankshaft. Replacement of connecting rod, lower rod bearing and main crank pin. Reassmbly and truing of crank. Welding to ensure orientation over the life of the crank is optional.
-
Crankshaft Truing (Single Cyl)
Truing of crankshafts (removal of runout) increases engine longevity and reduces vibration.
-
Cylinder Boring
Precision boring of powersport, small engine and automotive cylinders in order to restore proper clearances - maximizing performance, reliability and horsepower. Crosshatch hone finishing included. 1.375"-4.4" capacity using KwikWay FX, FWS, FWH and FW bars.
-
Cylinder Honing
Cylinder honing is performed after machining to create a surface finish that promotes proper oil distribution to minimize the friction between the piston and the cylinder walls.
-
ATV / UTV Tire Change (Tubeless)
Dismount of old tire and installation of new tread.
-
Cylinder Sleeve Replacement
Removal of broken or cracked cylinder sleeves for interference fit style sleeves commonly found in jet skis, atvs, dirt bikes, and other powersports engines.
-
Rotary Cover Resurfacing
Restore your damaged Seadoo rotary cover back to OEM specifications to aid in easy starting and peak engine performance.
-
Block Resurfacing
Resurfacing (“Decking”) of engine blocks or cylinders ensures a true or flat gasket surface to prevent blown head gaskets or other leaks which can lead to catastrophic failure.
-
4-Stroke Head Resurfacing
Four stroke cylinder head resurfacing and dome modification. This is often used to fix corrosion or warped cylinder heads that can cause repeated head gasket failures or coolant leaks.
-
2-stroke Head Resurfacing
Two stroke cylinder head resurfacing and dome modification. This is often used to increase power, remove corrosion or fix warped cylinder heads that can cause repeated head gasket failures or leaks.
-
Crankshaft Grinding
Crankshaft grinding addresses the wear or damage to rod or main journals to restore them to the original clearance specifications to ensure reliability.
-
Flywheel Removal
Removal of flywheel if you are performing a rebuild or simply trying to access or replace the stator.
-
Primary Clutch Removal
Removal of the primary clutch from the main crankshaft on snowmobiles, ATVs and UTVs.
-
Vibratory Finishing
Vibratory finishing of parts improves surface condition without the excess wear or removal of material that is associated with other processes.
-
Aluminum Repair Welding
Repair welding or buildup of broken crankcase, head or cylinder features such as chain guide supports, aluminum cylinder sleeve supports or mounting ears.
-
Dirtbike Tire Change (Tubed)
Dismount and installation of new tire and/or tube (supplies not included).
